Our garden workshops aren’t about trendy garden hacks or indoor plant styling. They’re real, outdoor, hands-on days that reconnect you to the rhythm of growing — and to the skills that sustain healthy gardens long-term. Tom shares what he’s learned over decades in horticulture, from soil to structure, and offers grounded, practical insights for gardeners who want to learn with purpose.
We’re currently planning our first small-group workshop days in Noosa Shire.
Topics may include: Soil care and seasonal planting; Compost tea brewing & application; Pruning and plant maintenance; Companion planting and layout planning; Grounding and mindfulness routines in the garden. Register interest via our contact form (select (4) Other) and we’ll keep you updated when dates open.
Mentorship and private workshop sessions are also available on request.
These sessions are designed to help you build confidence, learn at your own pace, and enjoy the quiet satisfaction of working with nature — not against it. You don’t need to know all the Latin names. You just need to care.
Q: Are these workshops suitable for beginners?
A: Yes. Tom meets you where you're at — no jargon, no pressure.
Q: Do I need to bring anything?
A: We’ll let you know ahead of time if you need gloves or basic tools. Otherwise, just bring a hat, water, and curiosity.
Q: Will you run these more than once?
A: That’s the plan. Each season may bring new topics and new locations.
